I am a stylist located at Novus Salon Suites. I specialize in natural hair care. From natural styles, silk press, to braids. I take pride in providing my clients with a warm experience, personalized just for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking you will be charged a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit is 50% of your service and is non refundable. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. You must give a 48 hour notice to reschedule appointments. You can only reschedule an appointment once. You must give a 48 hour notice to change your service your appointment. You can not change your service the day of & will be charged for services that you booked. If you are more than 20 minutes late without communication your appointment is subject to cancellation. If you’re a no call no show you will be banned from booking.
